At Diyafah International School LLC, we are committed to on-going learning and professional development.
To ensure that all of our teachers and leaders continue to develop their professional journey, we have implemented a professional review process. This allows our staff to identify their strengths and make informed decisions about targets for improvement within each academic year.
Our teachers are encouraged to attend accredited courses to enhance their pedagogy. Additionally, our teachers receive in-house training each week on topics related to successful delivery of the School Improvement Plan and enhancing their knowledge of the English National Curriculum.
To further improve the quality of teaching and learning at Diyafah , our Leadership Team works in collaboration with the teaching staff, monitoring lesson planning and carrying out regular visits to classes.
