Mr. Paul Saich – Principal
Mr. Paul is a graduate of the universities of London and Homerton College, Cambridge. He qualified as a teacher in 1984 and has taught every age group from Foundation Stage 2 to Year 13.
Mr. Paul has been a Head of School in the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Italy, and Poland. He has been a government education adviser in the UK and in Spain.
Mr. Paul is a qualified Cambridge Assessment English teacher trainer. His specialty subjects are English as an Additional Language, History, and Business Studies, where he holds an MBA.
Mr. Paul is a sports enthusiast and holds coaching qualifications in Swimming, Basketball, Canoeing, Football, and Athletics.
Ms. Dawn Mitchell - Vice Principal
My name is Dawn Mitchell , and I am honoured to introduce myself as the new Vice Principal at Diyafah International School . I am a very experienced and passionate U.K. and international school leader. My experience in education spans many years , I have had the pleasure of working in various roles in education examples being Head Teacher in the United Kingdom and Vice Principal at an international school in the Middle East. My experience and roles have deepened my commitment to fostering an environment where every student can thrive and has equipped me with the skills and passion needed to support our students, staff, and families effectively.

Ms Aine has extensive experience as an educator and school leader both in London where she qualified as a teacher as well as internationally where she has been a Head of Primary schools in Spain, Saudi Arabia, and Poland
Ms Aine is a specialist in high-performance teaching & learning, and in the teaching of English in the primary school. She holds a degree and Masters from her home country of Ireland, a PGCE from a London university and the UK’s highest qualification for senior (school) leaders, the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH).
